Terms of Use

Last updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms govern the use of the WildVisor app and the wildvisor.pro website (the “Service”),
provided by WildVisor (Spain). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do
not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WildVisor helps identify wildlife and plants with AI, record geolocated sightings, receive
proximity alerts and take part in a citizen-science community.

2. Informational nature — not professional advice

AI identification is an aid and may contain errors. Information on species,
danger level and first aid is indicative and does not replace professional
advice or emergency services. The SOS button does not guarantee a response and does not replace
official services. Use the Service prudently and always keep a safe distance from wildlife.

3. Account and age

You must be at least 13. Users aged 13–17 require parental consent and use a restricted
profile. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for activity under it.

4. Acceptable use

5. User content

You keep ownership of your sightings and photos. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to host, display and use them to operate and improve the Service, and to
publish aggregated, anonymized biodiversity data (CC-BY-NC). You are responsible for the content
you post.

6. Explorer Pro subscription

Explorer Pro is a paid auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial on first sign-up.
Management and cancellation occur in the App Store or Google Play; cancelling is reachable in two
taps from Settings. Prices may vary by market.

7. Moderation and suspension

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, using
progressive warnings except for serious violations.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, design and software belong to WildVisor or its licensors. No rights
are granted except the use permitted by these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for
indirect damages arising from use of the Service, or from decisions made based on AI
identifications or species information. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory
consumer rights of your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; we will post the current version with its date. Contact:

Privacy Policy.
